Return/Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, which is why we want to give you the opportunity to return or exchange our products. We do not provide refunds.

Once you have received your product, you’ll have 3 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping company, to initiate your return. 

If the product is damaged or you received an incorrect item, we will complete an exchange free of charge. If you are returning or exchanging for reasons other than those listed above, you will have to pay return shipping plus 15% of the purchase price as a restocking fee. 

We will only accept the return if the product is returned unused and in its original packaging.
